2. Are all products handmade?

Yessss! All the flowers, greenery, and toys in the shop are 100% handmade, crocheted with care and full of heartfelt sentiment.

3. Can I bend the flower stems?

Of course! Each flower stem has a waterproof wire inside, wrapped with yarn by hand. You can bend them to any angle or shape you like to create your desired arrangement, adding to the fun of customization.

4. Can I put the bouquet in a vase?

Absolutely! When we wrap the bouquet, all the flowers are already arranged and secured with a zip tie. You can remove the wrapping paper and place it directly into a vase as a beautiful centerpiece.

5. If I place them in a vase, how should I clean them? 

You can gently vacuum them every 1-2 weeks. I use this method for the crochet flowers in my own vase, and after five years, they still look as beautiful as when they were first made.

6. Where are your items shipped from?

We ship from Oregon, USA.

7. How long will it take to get my order?

After payment of the order, we will ship the order within 1-4 business days and provide tracking Numbers. If you're located within the United States, you can typically expect to receive your package within 2-5 business days. 8. How to customize a bouquet?

The custom process is simple. First, place a deposit by purchasing the link called "Custom deposit" for $20 . Be sure to include the following details in the notes: your phone number, the main color scheme you want, your approximate budget, and any additional requirements.

Then, within 1-3 business days, I will create the bouquet based on your request. I will send you a photo of the bouquet via text message. If you are satisfied, you can complete the remaining payment, and I will ship it out. If any adjustments are needed, we can discuss the details and make the necessary changes.

Warm tips for customizing a bouquet:  Based on previous custom orders, the recommended price range for most custom bouquets is between $80 and $200, balancing affordability with a full, eye-catching final look.

9. About Return and refunds policy

For physical goods, you have 14 days to return it from the date you received it.

Shipping charges are not refundable, and the Bestjellyfish does not cover any costs for the return.

To return an item, please email (returnjellyfish@gmail.com) with your order number and reason for return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We'll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

10. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us (customerjellyfish@gmail.com) immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
