Custom deposit

The custom process is simple. First, place a deposit by purchasing the "Custom deposit" link for $20. Be sure to include the following details in the notes: your phone number, the main color scheme you want, your approximate budget, and any additional requirements. Then, within 1-3 business days, I will create the bouquet based on your request. I will send you a photo of the bouquet via text message. If you are satisfied, you can complete the remaining payment, and I will ship it out. If any adjustments are needed, we can discuss the details and make the necessary changes.

Is the bouquet a finished product? 

The bouquet is exactly like the one in the picture and comes as a finished product with pretty wrapping paper and bow. Many customers choose to have it shipped directly to their friends' or family members' addresses as a thoughtful and elegant gift.

Will the bouquet arrive in good condition?

Yes, it will! We securely fix the bouquet inside the box, so it arrives looking just as beautiful as when it was first wrapped. In fact, almost every customer review mentions that the packaging is excellent and the bouquet arrives in perfect condition！

What is the size of the bouquet?

The finished bouquet height is kept between about 16 and 20 inches. All the flower stems are bent as needed for the arrangement; they are made with waterproof wire wrapped in yarn by hand, so you can adjust the stem length to your liking by bending them shorter or extending them longer.
